Bulgarian Foreign Minister Vigenin laid flowers at the monument to the Bulgarian tourists who died in the tragic accident involving the ship Ilinden, which sank in Lake Ohrid in September 2009.
Along with the minister, those who paid tribute to the victims of the tragedy included members of the Bulgarian delegation to the meeting of the countries of the South East Europe Cooperation Process (SEECP) that was held in Ohrid, as well as representatives of the local community.
