Minister Mitov sends a letter of condolences to his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov

Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov sent a letter of condolences to his counterpart from the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov over the crash of Russian airline Kogalymavia, flying from the Egyptian resort of Sharm El-Sheikh to St. Petersburg. In the letter Minister Mitov offers his heartfelt sympathy to the families of the victims. "The death of so many people has shocked me and my colleagues from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria,” he writes in the letter. "I hope that the causes of this tragic accident will be clarified as soon as possible, for which we are ready to provide at your discretion all necessary assistance, we are capable of," says Minister Mitov.
The letter says:
Dear Minister,
It is with great sadness that I learned of the tragic news that today the wreckage of a plane of the Russian airline Kogalymavia flying from the Egyptian resort of Sharm El-Sheikh to St. Petersburg was found in a remote mountainous region in the Sinai Peninsula.
The death of so many people has shocked me and my colleagues from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria. Dear colleague, allow me to assure you that in such tragic moment. we stand by the friendly Russian people.
Please convey to the families of the victims our deepest condolences and our heartfelt sympathy and solidarity. I hope that the causes of this tragic accident will be clarified as soon as possible, for which we are ready to provide at your discretion all necessary assistance, we are capable of.
