Representatives of foreign media who want to cover Bulgaria’s October 23 2011 elections for President and Vice President and for mayors and municipal councillors must submit the following documents:
* A completed accreditation form;
* Passport-size photo (in colour);
* A copy of the applicant’s identity document, clearly showing the names and numbers on the document;
* Make and registration number of the car, if journalists will be travelling by car.
An ATA carnet for equipment when entering the country (a carnet for temporary import and export of machinery) which is obtained from the commercial office of the team’s country of residence.
Journalists coming from countries where visas are required to enter Bulgaria must apply for visas at the Bulgarian diplomatic mission in the country.
The deadline for submitting documents is 12pm on October 14 2011
