Ambassador Kalin Anastasov presented his credentials to the President of Armenia

The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to Armenia Kalin Anastasov presented his credentials to President Armen Sarksyan on 28 April 2021 at a special official ceremony.
President Sarksyan congratulated Ambassador Anastasov on his appointment and wished him thorough work to the interests of the two friendly nations. He emphasized that Armenia and Bulgaria had always been connected with strong historical and cultural ties which had proven themselves in the millennial history of the two countries. Armen Sarksyan expressed hope and expectations that the available potential in the bilateral relations would be developed and built on.
In his turn Ambassador Anastasov noted that his activity in Armenia would aim to increase the capacity and opportunities for bilateral cooperation, especially in the sphere of economy, culture and education. His goal would be to further develop the existing potential and to achieve specific results in deepening the friendly relations with Armenia.
