Bulgarian Foreign Minister Nickolay Mladenov has addressed his sincere condolences to the families of the Turkish soldiers killed and wounded in attacks carried out this morning on military posts along the border with Iraq.
"I want to express strong indignation at this bloody act, and once again to confirm that Bulgaria strongly condemns any kind of terror," Minster Mladenov said in the cable, emphasiing that the problems may be solved only through dialogue.
