UNICEF Conference in Sofia
21 November 2012 Diplomatic CalendarOn November 21, a two-day international conference entitled “Ending the placement of children under three in institutions: Support nurturing families for all young children” opens at the Hilton Sofia. Representatives of more than 20 countries will take part. The conference is being organised by UNICEF in co-operation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and under the patronage of President Rosen Plevneliev. The Foreign Minister will welcome guests to the conference.
