Foreign Minister to take part in conference in Berlin

Minister Mladenov will speak at the opening of the conference, entitled "After the U.S. presidential elections: What will be the priorities of the EU's foreign policy? The conference aims to conduct an annual review of the Common Foreign and Security Policy.
