Nickolay Mladenov to hold talks with Herman Van Rompuy
07 November 2012 Diplomatic CalendarOn November 7, the Foreign Minister will conduct political consultations with the Office of the European Council President Herman van Rompuy. They will discuss issues related to the EU Multiannual Financial Framework. On the basis of bilateral consultations and with other EU member states, the first draft of the conclusions of the European Council to be held on November 22 and 23 will be prepared.
