Ambassador Maria Pavlova has received a thank-you letter from the First Deputy Minister of Health od Armenia Mrs. Anahit Аvanesyan expressing gratitude to the Bulgarian government and the Bulgarian people for the humanitarian aid received to address the corona virus pandemic in Armenia.

On June, 3rd ambassador Maria Pavlova handed over to the First Deputy Minister of health of Armenia Mrs. Anahit Avanesyan humanitarian aid in the form of medical consumables provided by the Bulgarian government to the Armenian government and the Armenian people to tackle the coronavirus pandemic in Armenia.

As from 1 March 2020, road vehicles with a total technically permissible maximum weight exceeding 3,5 tonnes circulating on paid road sections in Bulgaria will have to pay for their use distance-based road charges – toll. The toll replaces the electronic vignette for heavy vehicles and buses.

On December 12, 2019  the Embassy, together with the leadership of the Yerevan State University and the dean's office of the Faculty of international relations, co-hosted  the exhibition "140 years of Bulgarian diplomatic service".
