On 06 February 2024, a team of the Bulgarian Embassy in Beirut met with representatives of the Christian Maronite School “Ste Famille”, located in the world famous for its spectacular historical and cultural heritage Valey of Bekaa.

On October 7th, 2023, H.E. Mr. Iassen Tomov, Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Lebanese Republic and representatives of the Diplomatic Mission of the Republic of Bulgaria in Beirut visited the Museum of the distinguished writer and artist of Lebanese origin Gibran Khalil Gibran in the town of Bsharri.

On September 18th, 2023, the new Bulgarian Ambassador to Beirut, Mr. Iassen Tomov, met with the President of the Lebanese National Assembly, Mr. Nabih Berri.

On September 16th, 2023, the Bulgarian Sunday School in Beirut opened for the new academic year 2023/2024 in the premises of the Bulgarian Embassy in the Lebanese capital.

On 01 September 2023, the new Bulgarian Ambassador to Beirut was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of the Lebanese Republic, H.E. Mr. Abdallah Bou Habib and the Secretary General of MoFAE, Mr. Hanny Chemaitelly.

On August 4, 2023, the Heads of diplomatic missions in Beirut marked in a solemn ceremony the third anniversary of the port explosion of the Lebanese capital, in which more than two hundred and twenty people died and more than 7,000 were injured.

On July 19, 2023, Ms. Alexandrina Guigova, Chargé d’Affairs a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Lebanon and representatives of the diplomatic mission visited the city of Bsharre and carried out an ongoing control of the progress of the implementation of the second phase of the project "Preservation and Renovation of the Library of the Jubran Khalil Jubran Museum", which is financed under the Bulgarian Development Aid. At a meeting with Mr. Joseph Fenianos, Chairman of the National Committee "Jubran" and with Mr. Joseph Jaja, Executive Director of the Museum, the achieved progress and the implementation of the planned activities were noted.
