Ambassador Pavlova highlighted with satisfaction the dynamics of bilateral cooperation in the social field, which she considered to be fruitful and effective

On February 18, Ambassador Maria Pavlova Tzotzorkova-Kaymaktchieva had a meeting with the President of the RA National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan. The two interlocutors emphasized the traditionally good relations and long-lasting historical and cultural ties between the two nations, which create preconditions for their further development and deepening nowadays. During the conversation the two sides expressed their satisfaction by the presence of the well-integrated Armenian community in Bulgaria, which plays an important role in Bulgarian public and cultural life.

Ambassador Maria Pavlova participated in signing ceremony at the Byurakan Art Academy of the “European Union National Institutes of Culture” (EUNIC) cluster in Armenia on October 2, 2018.

On September 4-5, 2018 the UNICEF Office in Armeniaр  the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia with the support of the Bulgarian embassy in Armenia  organized an international conference “Keeping Families Together” in DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Yerevan

The Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria wishes to inform that it has started a procedure for selection of project proposals in accordance with the rules approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria concerning the distribution of official development aid and in the context with the bilateral development cooperation between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Armenia:

The event was held under the cultural program of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union in Yerevan.

In order to apply lessons learned from Bulgaria UNICEF office will pilot a small group home model for children with-out parental care in Syunik or Lori marz (depending on the developments towards deinstitutionalization) for up to 10 children
