Ambassador Varbanova's meeting with the head of the International Cooperation Directorate of the Dutch Police

On 9 March 2026, the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Elizabeth Varbanova, together with the liaison officers of the Bulgarian Ministry of Interior in the Netherlands, held a working meeting at the headquarters of the Dutch police in The Hague with the Head of the Directorate for International Cooperation.
During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for further strengthening bilateral cooperation in the field of internal affairs.
As a symbolic gesture, the flag of the Republic of Bulgaria was raised at the Dutch police headquarters alongside the flag of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the flag of the Dutch police.
