Meeting of the Group of Women Ambassadors with the OPCW leadership

On 11 September, the Residence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria in The Hague hosted a meeting of the Women Ambassadors Group with Ambassador Sabrina Dallafior, Director-General of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), and Ambassador Mekondjo Kaapanda, Deputy Director-General of the OPCW.
The meeting was jointly hosted by H.E. Mrs. Elizabeth Varbanova, Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria, and H.E. Dr. Mrs. Marina Jovićević, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia, and provided an opportunity for an open exchange of views on the priorities and vision of the new OPCW leadership, as well as on current issues related to the implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention in the context of rapid technological advances.
