The Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Bulgaria announces the rent of real estate - public state property, located in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Amsterdam, Leidsestraat" 43.

The property is a plot of land with an area of 107 sq. m. with an indivisible building of 4 floors built on it, consisting of: Ground floor - shop space, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th - attic floor and a basement. The total area is approx. 292 sq.m.

Rent period - 5 years from the date of conclusion of the rent agreement.

Annual rent for the property -  minimum of 145,000 euros (one hundred and forty-five thousand euros) excluding VAT.
