On 16 October, on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Cuba, the Embassy presented the exhibition "Photos from Cuba" by Dr. Rosen Kolarov. The event took place at the National Library of Cuba with the support of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba for Europe, Anayansi Rodriguez, employees of the "Europe and Canada" Directorate at the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the ambassadors of the seventeen EU Member States with embassies in Havana, representatives of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Trade and Investment, Ministry of Culture, Institute for Friendship between Peoples, the chairman of the friendship group with Bulgaria in the National Assembly of People's Power, athletes from the Cuban national wrestling team, the chairman of the Cuban Academy of Sciences, Cubans who have graduated from higher education in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian community and other eternal friends of our country.

The Day of Europe was solemnly celebrated on 8 May at the EU Residence in Havana. The EU Ambassador intervened accompanied on the podium by the ambassadors of the seventeen Member States with a diplomatic presence in Cuba. The event brought together over 400 guests – Cuban ministers and deputy ministers, senior civil servants and diplomats, local entrepreneurs, the business community and friends of the EU. The embassies of the Member States participated with their national pavilions, where they presented traditional culinary specialties. The Embassy of Bulgaria offered to the guests 14 Banitsa with cheese, pumpkin and apple and fresh Ayran.

On 4 May 2025, held the third Golf Tournament Bulgaria - Cuba organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Havana Golf Club, as part of the Third Month of Europe in Cuba.

On 16 April 2025, the third "Bulgarian Cooking Workshop" held at Restaurant Bulgaria in Old Havana, an initiative of the Embassy within the framework of the third Month of Europe in Cuba. More than 25 students from various Cuban schools learned to cook traditional Bulgarian dishes: tarator, lozovi sarmi and mekitsi. Their teacher was Chef Iliyan Marinov, owner of Restaurant Bulgaria.

Thanks to the high professional and positive emotional performance of the dance collective "Vangelov" from Sofia, with choreographer and teacher Mr. Rangel Vangelov, on 25 April 2025, enchanting Old Havana shone from the beauty of Bulgarian folklore. The presented Bulgarian folk dances, captivating costumes and the largest and longest Bulgarian horo played in Cuba, which took shape with the emotional participation of the audience, will remain forever in the memories of hundreds.

More than 4000 Cuban youth visited the third Fair on Higher Education in the EU, held on 28 April within the framework of the third edition of the Month of Europe in Cuba. The Embassy participated with two presentations and an attractive stand, presenting the opportunities for higher education at Bulgarian universities to thousands of Cuban prospective students.

On April 15, 2025, at the National Academy of Fine Arts "San Alejandro" in Havana, held a Workshop on Easter Egg Painting organized by the Embassy of Bulgaria. The students learned about Bulgarian traditions and, with great inspiration, decorated their own Easter eggs.

Bulgarian National Day was celebrated with a reception at the emblematic building of the Belén Convention in Old Havana, a symbol of solidarity and care for the elderly and children.

At the suggestion of the Historian’s Office of the of Havana and with the support of the Embassy, ​​within the framework of the celebrations on the occasion of the National Day of Bulgaria – 3 March, held an official ceremony to unveil a commemorative plaque in honor of the 105th anniversary of the establishment of the Bulgarian National Union of Labor and Production Cooperatives, mounted on the wall of the emblematic building of the Belen Monastery in Old Havana.
