On 26 April, the Embassy held cultural events in the city of Santiago de Cuba, which closed the extremely successful first Bulgarian Culture Week held outside Havana, realized within the framework of the second edition of the Month of Europe in the country.

On 24 April, the Embassy realized a series of cultural events in the city of Holgin, as part of the first Week of Bulgarian Culture outside the capital Havana. In the halls of the "Pernik" hotel were exhibited the works of Dr. Petya Ilieva from the traveling exhibition "The Colors of Bulgaria". A palm tree was planted in front of the hotel as a symbol of Bulgarian-Cuban friendship and as part of the "Plant a tree for a greener planet" initiative.

Nearly 3000 Cuban youth visited the Education Fair as part of the ongoing Europe Month in Cuba 2024.

On 22 April, in the Cuban city of Cienfuegos, the Embassy held a series of cultural events that coincided with the celebration of the city's 205th anniversary and the 45th anniversary of the opening of the Vasil Levski plant, in which Bulgarian specialists have provided technical assistance for long years .

As part of the initiatives organized by the Embassy within the framework of the Europe Month being held in Cuba, on 11 of April 2024, a "Cooking Workshop" took place at restaurant "Bulgaria" in Old Havana. In addition to the Cuban students signed up to participate and the team of the Bulgarian diplomatic mission, representatives of the Historians Office of Havana, employees of the EU Delegation in Cuba, the Bulgarian community and journalists were present.

Over 80 people watched the Bulgarian film "The naked truth about the Zhiguli group" in the Havana cinema "23 y 12". The screening is part of the Seventh Festival of European Cinema, which takes place within the framework of the Month of Europe in Cuba.

On 5 April 2024, at the emblematic for the EU-Cuba relations "Palacio del Segundo Cabo" in Old Havana, was presented the program of the second edition of the Month of Europe in Cuba, to be held in the period April 9 - May 9.

On 23th of March 2024, the Eighth Meeting of Cuban graduates of Bulgarian universities held in Havana. More than 130 Cuban citizens gathered for the meeting, some of whom came from other cities and countries.

On 16th of February 2024, the heads of diplomatic missions of EU member states in Havana planted trees in the canyon along the Yumuri River, Baracoa, Guantanamo Region. The initiative is part of the program of the official visit of the ambassadors of the EU member states to the Cuban provinces of Guantanamo, Baracoa and Santiago de Cuba, held from 12 to 18th of February. Ambassadors planted trees, marking the beginning of a "future EU forest".

The Book Fair (FILH 2024), one of the most prestigious events in Cuba's annual cultural calendar, took place in Havana from 15th to 25th of April.
