Приемане на заявления за издаване на български лични документи (БЛД), в т.ч. лични карти, паспорти и временни паспорти, подаване на декларации за изгубени/откраднати/повредени БЛД, получаване на готови БЛД, и др. Извършване на нотариални удостоверявания и други консулски услуги, в т.ч.приемане на заявления за визи, заявления, свързани с българско гражданство, заявления до ДАБЧ за издаване на удостоверения за български произход, заявления заиздаване на свидетелства за съдимост, заявления за регистрация на гражданскисъбития (раждане, брак, смърт)и др.

 

Приемът се осъществява само след предварително записани дата и час на телефонните линии на посолството (+45 39630001 и +45 39630003) или на електронен адрес: [email protected]. При необходимост от спешно и неотложно консулско съдействие, всеки случай се разглежда индивидуално след контакт с посолството на телефона за връзка в спешни случаи: +45 41 27 62 51. 

Въвеждат се следните правила за допускане в приемното помещение на консулската служба:

- В приемната на консулската служба се допускат само граждани, които имат предварително записани дата и час.

- В приемната се допускат само лицата, които са преки заявители на консулските услуги. Придружаващи лица се допускат само при обоснована необходимост и след изрично разрешение от обслужващия служител.

- Гражданите със записани дата и час идват не по-рано от 10 минути преди уговореното време.

- Предвид епидемиологичната ситуация в Кралство Дания, гражданите да се съобразяват с предписанията на датското правителство и на здравните власти, включително и пред приемната на Консулската служба.

- Заплащането на дължимите такси и глоби се извършва, без изключение, само безкасово, с карта чрез POS-терминал.
