On November 29, 2024, Ambassador Tihomir Stoytchev met with Mr Bambos Charalambous, Labour party MP for Southgate and Wood Green constituency. The main topic of discussion was the formation of an All-Party Parliamentary Group on Bulgaria in the UK Parliament. Special attention was drawn to the collaboration on tackling illegal migration and small boats smuggling.
Both sides discussed ideas for deepening the parliamentary cooperation between Bulgaria and the UK.
