The Stockholm women's folk choir "Perunika" took part in the third edition of the multilingual Christmas concert "Christmas songs from the European Union" in Stockholm

On 15th November 2022 the Embassy of Bulgaria in Stockholm, together with the Embassies of Romania and Poland, participated in a panel discussion organized on the occasion of the official launch of the information campaign "Before You Go", aimed at raising awareness of human trafficking issues. The campaign is launched by the Secretariat of the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) in Stockholm and the Swedish Agency for Gender Equality. It is specifically aimed at citizens of Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, and Romania who plan to seek employment in Sweden. In the context of the campaign, a video was created with the participation of citizens from these countries, already settled in Sweden, who share their experiences in their native language with their compatriots.

On October 7, 2022, a delegation of school principals from Sofia paid a working visit to Stockholm aimed at studying the good practices of Sweden's education system. The delegation included school principals who have been awarded over the last years for their contribution to the development of the Bulgarian education system – 148th Primary School "Prof. Dr. Ljubomir Miletich", High School "National Educational Complex for Culture", 104th Secondary School "Zahari Stoyanov", 139th Secondary School "Zahariy Krusha", 22nd Secondary School "Georgi Rakovski", Private school "Thomas Edison", Private School "Sveta Sofia", 105th Secondary School "Atanas Dalchev".

This year's edition was held on September 27th at the European Commission and European parliament Representation in Stockholm in the original format of the initiative before the COVID-19 pandemic.

The opening ceremony of the new school year at the Bulgarian Sunday School in Stockholm took place on Saturday, September 17th, 2022, at the cultural center in Sundbyberg.

The latest musical work of the composer Dobrinka Tabakova – “The Patience of Trees”, had its Swedish premier on June 11th, 2022, in this year’s edition of the Stockholm classical music festival Un/Modern.

On June 8th, 2022, the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Stockholm hosted a duo concert by the young Bulgarian violinist Ralitsa Petkova and the Swedish pianist Per Enflo, who performed pieces by Johann Brahms, Georgi Arnaudov, Robert Schumann, and Mozart.
