Exequatur presented to the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Republic of Mauritius, Mr Puman Vishal Ramlall

On the 3rd of October 2024 the newly appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Republic of Mauritius Mr. Puman Vishal Ramlall received his Exequatur from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and International Trade of Mauritius, HE Maneesh Gobin at a ceremony which took place in Port Louis. The seat of the newly established Honorary Consul will be in the town of Ebène Cybercity and his consular region will cover the entire territory of the Republic of Mauritius.

On Friday, the 4th of October, the cartoon exhibition “Our Common World - Smiling Messages from Bulgaria” was showcased at the National Library of South Africa. The initiative was implemented together with the Gabrovo Museum "House of Humour and Satire” and the National Library of South Africa.
