On December 1st this year in Dubai - UAE, Bulgaria opened for the first time a national pavilion "Bulgaria's Efforts towards Systemic Transformation on Climate Action Pathways", within the framework of the World Climate Forum of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. President Andrzej Duda took part in the opening of the Pavilion with a speech, in which he stated: "We are answering the question - what is the best path for the development of our countries and how to create an energy system in our part of Europe that would allow us to support each other, if necessary." He pointed out various forums for bilateral cooperation, including: economic, investment and infrastructure, as well as the "Three Seas" initiative.
