On 26 March 2024 at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at the Lebanese University, the public thesis defense of Ms. Stephanie Nabhan, a student of the high-education institution, took place. To prepare her diploma thesis entitled "Exploring new substrates formulas based on locally available lignocellulosic materials for growing shiitake mushroom", Ms. Nabhan used the results of the scientific experiments performed under the project "Scientific cooperation between the Lebanese University and the University of Forestry in Sofia", related to the mushroom cultivation in Lebanon. The event marked the successful completion of the project financed under the Bulgarian Development Aid.
