On September 16^th, 2023, the Bulgarian Sunday School in Beirut opened for the new academic year 2023/2024 in the premises of the Bulgarian Embassy in the Lebanese capital. In his welcoming remarks Ambassador Iassen Tomov stressed the key role played by the schools as an educational institution for spreading knowledge and spirituality for the sake of wellbeing and prosperity of every single society and wished on behalf of the diplomatic mission entrusted to him success to all students from first to fifth grade. He presented the certificates to the students who successfully graduated in 2022/2023 and emphasized that during the current academic year, the classes of the Bulgarian Sunday School "Ivan Vazov" in Beirut will take place in the premises of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Lebanese Republic.
