They actively presented and promoted the programs offered at their universities, which provide broad opportunities for international students who want to continue their studies in English or Bulgarian at undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels. The representatives of Bulgarian universities had the opportunity to personally talk with potential students from Azerbaijan and their parents, answering questions about the application process, tuition fees, scholarship opportunities, and studying under the “Erasmus+” program.

The representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Baku took part in the organization and the conduct of the event, having the opportunity to distribute brochures with information about education in Bulgarian higher education institutions, sent for this purpose by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bulgaria.

During the Education Fair, there was great interest in the opportunities for obtaining higher education at Bulgarian universities. Special attention was given to programs such as economics, management, environmental studies, medicine, information technology, and others. The main questions posed by potential applicants concerned the possibility of studying in English, available dormitories, tuition fees, and required application documents.

During the visit to Baku, representatives from some of the Bulgarian universities had the chance to meet and have discussions with their partner universities, namely: Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and the University of Shumen “Konstantin Preslavsky” with Baku Slavic University, Varna University of Economics with Baku Business University.
