The first meeting in the EU-CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) will be held in Santiago, Chile, on January 26 and 27 2013. The Bulgarian delegation will be led by Foreign Minister Nickolay Mladenov. The forum, entitled: “Alliance for Sustainable Development: Promoting Investments of Social and Environmental Quality”, will bring together state and government leaders from more than 60 countries, international organisations, members of parliament, judges, scholars, business people and representatives of civil society. During the forum, Minister Mladenov will hold bilateral meetings on issues that are priorities for Bulgaria.
