On May 7, 2019, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to Poland, Ms. Margarita Ganeva, met with the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Stefan Krajewski, during the annual meeting of diplomatic representatives accredited to Poland. The meeting was a very good opportunity to summarize the current international cooperation in the field of agriculture, food security and rural development. “We want to work together to create stable conditions for farmers, producers and processors and to strengthen food security. This is important for both current and future generations,” said the Polish Minister. Ambassador Ganeva noted the very good cooperation between Bulgaria and Poland in the field of agricultural production, trade, food industry, academic and scientific cooperation and presented relevant invitations from the Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture and Food for the participation of the Polish side in international forums and specialized exhibitions that will be held in Bulgaria in 2026.
