The concert is organized within the framework of the joint initiative of the Swedish Presidency of the Council of Europe with the embassies of the EU member states in Warsaw, with the Embassy and the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Warsaw participating with a solemn concert of the Varna Women's Choir.
