For technical reasons, the consular service at the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Astana will temporarily not serve citizens for:

• acceptance of citizens' applications for unified Schengen visas type "C" from 01.08.2024 to 16.08.2024;
• acceptance of applications for citizens for national visas type "D", from 09.08.2024 to 16.08.2024;
• acceptance of applications for issuing Bulgarian personal documents of Bulgarian citizens residing abroad, from 08/09/2024 to 08/16/2024;
• acceptance of applications for performing notary services, from 08/09/2024 to 08/16/2024.

In the period from 08/10/2024 to 08/18/2024, only applications for the issuance of temporary passports and notarizations will be accepted in urgent and humanitarian cases.
