We would like to thank you for visiting the official website of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Kazakhstan were established on 5 June 1992.
In 1994, a Bulgarian embassy was opened in Almaty, and in 2009 the mission was relocated to Astana.
Bulgarian-Kazakh relations are traditionally friendly and constructive, with a good level of political dialogue and economic ties and hold a strong potential for further strengthening of the bilateral cooperation.
