Тhe traditional MATKA tourist fair was held in Helsinki between 17th and 20th of January. The fair is the largest of its kind in the Scandinavian and Baltic region with over 1000 participants from nearly 90 countries.

This year Bulgaria was represented by the Finnish-Bulgarian Friendship Society, which opened its own booth at the fair. At the initiative of Bulgarian Embassy in Helsinki brochures and advertising materials have been delivered and exhibited at the stand together with Bulgarian rose oil products. Thousands of more than 70,000 visitors of "MATKA" passed through the booth with increased interest in our Black Sea, mountain and spa resorts.
