On December 5, 2025, the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Brussels hosted a piano concert featuring the Bulgarian pianist Antonia Kiril Evgenieva. The event brought together representatives of the Bulgarian community in Belgium, foreign guests, diplomats, and admirers of the classical music. The audience highly appreciated the performances and the selected program, and the festive atmosphere marked the beginning of the upcoming holiday season.

Antonia Evgenieva holds a doctorate in instrumental music and is a laureate of prestigious national and international competitions, including "Young Musical Talents" and "Concertino Praga." She has participated in the Queen Elisabeth Competition and has given recitals in a number of European cities. Since 2018, she has been living in Brussels with her family.

The concert was also a special moment for the Embassy, as it marked the presentation of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Ms. Natalia Uzunova. She was introduced by Ms. Veneta Zayakova, who served as head of the diplomatic mission over the past year.
