Bulgarian participation in the Traditional International Christmas Charity Bazaar, which took place on December 14, 2024 in Baku

On December 14, 2024, the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria took part in the International Christmas Charity Bazaar, organized by the spouses of the heads of the diplomatic missions in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The bazaar was organized in the center of Baku.
At the charity bazaar, the diplomatic missions in Azerbaijan presented and sold homemade products from their national cuisine, as well as souvenirs, decorative objects and books. For the Bulgarian stand, the representatives of the Bulgarian Embassy in Baku prepared various types of pies and other traditional Bulgarian dishes, as well as souvenirs and brochures about the national cuisine.
The bazaar was visited by over 500 guests. The total funds raised amounting to 14 606 manats /8200 euro/ were provided as support to the following organizations: “Mushvig Center” – a center for children with disabilities; “Temiz Dünya” - shelter for women, which are victims of domestic violence; “Ishiqli Ev” - day care center for vulnerable children; “Sisters of Mother Theresa” - a shelter for people without a home; “Caspian Compassion Project”; “Azerbaijan Children” – The Children’s Reintegration center.
