On 16^th December 2022, Mrs. Krastina Lekova - Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Baku signed an agreement grant to “Uluchay” Social-Economic Innovation Center Public Union for the amount of 27000 euros. The project “No Bullying in Schools“ shall be funded through the Official Development Assistance of the Republic of Bulgaria and its overall goal is to create a safe environment in schools by developing comprehensive guidelines and building the capacity of teachers and psychologists to prevent bullying.

On behalf of the beneficiary, the Agreement was signed by Mr. Mayis Safarov – Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Safarov thanked the Bulgarian side for placing its trust in their organization. The two sides expressed confidence in the successful and fruitful cooperation related to the implementation of the project.
