Signing of a Memorandum of Twinning between the cities of Burgas and Tsaghkadzor

Today, October 23, 2026, Nikola Nikolov, Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Armenia, together with Dimitar Nikolov, Mayor of Burgas, and his accompanying delegation, visited and were briefed on the activities of the large-scale technological project, the Firebird Data Center, located in the city of Hrazdan.
Later that day, the delegation also visited the city of Tsaghkadzor, where Mayors Dimitar Nikolov and Narek Harutyunyan signed a Memorandum of Twinning between the cities of Burgas and Tsaghkadzor. The parties also discussed details regarding future cooperation, as well as the implementation of joint initiatives of mutual interest.
