Meeting of Ambassador Nikola Nikolov with Dimitar Nikolov, Mayor of Burgas Municipality

Today, 21 October 2026, the Mayor of Burgas Municipality, Dimitar Nikolov, visited the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Yerevan, accompanied by a delegation. During the meeting, Ambassador Nikolov and the Mayor of Burgas discussed issues relating to opportunities for deepening ties between the city of Burgas and the city of Tsaghkadzor in connection with the signing of a Memorandum of Twinning between the two cities.
The conversation also covered other areas in which the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Armenia and the Municipality of Burgas could cooperate, with a view to strengthening ties between the municipalities and organising various events of mutual interest.
During his visit to Armenia, Mayor Dimitar Nikolov, together with Ambassador Nikola Nikolov and his accompanying delegation, will also visit the Firebird Data Centre, a large-scale technology project located in the town of Hrazdan.
