On January 22^nd 2021 a meeting was conducted in the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Islamabad between Mr. Mihail Hartarsky (chargé d'affaires), Mr. Zahir Shah Khan (president of Mardan Chamber of Commerce&Industries – MCCI), Mr. Sohail Amjad (senior vice president MCCI) and Mr. Muhammad Muazzam Butt (legal adviser MCCI).

During the meeting it was discussed that the development and expansion of economic and trade contacts between Pakistan and Bulgaria are important elements in the traditionally good bilateral relations between the two countries.
