Welcome to the website of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia. I hope that the information provided hereby will be useful.
One of the main purposes not only of the Embassy in Skopje, but of every Bulgarian diplomatic mission abroad is supporting the Bulgarian community and the Bulgarian citizens by providing consular and diplomatic assistance.
We share the view that the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia can and should work together towards building up a common European and Euro-Atlantic future. This includes developing transparent, open and positive relations between our countries.
For that purpose, the Bulgarian Embassy in Skopje supports the promotion and improvement of bilateral relations between the institutions and the civil society organizations of both countries.
As part of our commitment for supporting the development of key sectors of the Republic of North Macedonia, such as transport, infrastructure, business, tourism, culture, education, healthcare, the diplomatic mission is working towards establishing favourable conditions for the realization of projects of mutual interest.
Last, but not least, I would like to underline that Bulgaria is a good friend of North Macedonia and will remain such in good and bad times, providing the necessary support and encouragement.
