Ambassador Gergana Karadjova took part in a Holocaust ceremony

The Ambassador of Bulgaria to Ireland Gergana Karadjova was honoured and humbled to take part today in the launch of this year’s edition of the emblematic Crocus Project by Holocaust Education Ireland in memory of all children who died in the Holocaust. The event was hosted by the former President of Ireland Mary McAleese in presence of Co Roscommon pupils, Holocaust survivors and Dublin Ambassadors.
Bulgaria is a proud member of the Holocaust Remembrance Alliance and values greatly the role of education in keeping the collective memory alive.
