On February 21, 2023, at the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Helsinki Mrs. Nina Simova, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Finland, held a meeting with Mr. Risto Huvila, Chairman of the Federation of Finland–Israel Associations and Vice-Chair of the Finnish Holocaust Remembrance Association.

During the meeting Ambassador Simova and Mr. Huvila discussed policy issues related to dealing with anti-Semitism. A topic of the conversation was also the ideas for possible opportunities to promote business relations and cooperation between Finland and Bulgaria.
