Opening hours for the Consular Service at the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Helsinki, Finland:
Monday to Friday, 10 am to 1 pm, the order of service is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The applicants for Visa or for services related to the Bulgarian citizenship need to book an appointment in advance by phone at phone no. +358 9 458 40 35, or by email on Consular.Helsinki@mfa.bg.
