The Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Republic of Armenia notes with great pleasure the fact that starting from the beginning of May, Wizz Air launches direct flights between Sofia and Yerevan.

We would like to congratulate Wizz Air on their decision to operate twice-weekly flights between the two capitals. This will be yet another decisive step in deepening the traditional friendly relations between Bulgaria and Armenia. The long-awaited direct flight connection between Sofia and Yerevan will have a crucial contribution for increasing the economic, cultural and tourist relations between the two countries. It will further enable the Armenian community in Bulgaria, as well as for all those who want to visit Armenia.

The Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Yerevan informs all Armenian citizens wishing to visit Bulgaria that they need visas for their trip, and the reception hours of our consular service are every working day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., without prior appointment. All holders of valid Schengen visas can visit Bulgaria.
