The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, through the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Republic of Albania, announces a call for project proposals to be financed through grants under Bulgaria's Official Development Assistance (ODA), with implementation commencing in 2027.
