Concert with the music of Lyubomir Denev at the Consulate General in New York

On April 28, 2023, the Consulate General hosted a concert with the music of the world-renowned Bulgarian composer, conductor, pianist and jazzman Lyubomir Denev (senior). The concert featured Lyubomir Denev as a pianist and singer, Tomina Parvanova (harp), Ken Peplovski (clarinet), Tania Stavreva (piano), the singers Vincenzo Fiorito (tenor) and Elizabeth Pope (soprano), who performed music that merged jazz, opera and modern sound and thrilled the audience with its originality and spontaneity.
The Consul General Mr. Angel Angelov welcomed the guests and informed them about the cultural calendar of the Consulate General.
The event was organized with the support of Mr. Valentin Peychinov and Sofia Municipality.
