The Consul General of The Republic of Bulgaria in Russian Federation General Angel Antonov handed his Consular patent to the head of the Representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in Saint Petersburg Vladimir Vasilievich Zapevalov.
