Ambassador Svetlozar Panov held a official meeting with the Chairman of The Legislative Assembly of Leningrad region Sergey Bibenin.
During the meeting the topics of the discussions were the reestablishment of the relations between legislative bodies at national and regional level and the possibilities for cooperation and sharing of experience of Bulgaria as member of the EU.
