We would like to inform you that the Consular Service of the Republic of Bulgaria in Montenegro restores its regular work with citizens from the 11th of May, 2020.

The reception of Bulgarian and foreign citizens is only with a appointment on the consul Eliza Peeva's phone or mail:

Exceptions are only  for humanitarian cases with Bulgarian citizens.

In view of ensuring public health and compliance with health control regulations, in order to limit the spread of Covid-19, we would like ask all citizens who have an appointment at the Consular Service in Podgorica to wear masks and gloves.
