On 14 June 2022 the Iranian Association for Diplomacy organized a webinar dedicated to the 125^th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to Tehran, Ms. Nikolina Kuneva, presented a speech on the topic of “History of the bilateral relations between Bulgaria and Iran” in front of an audience of more than 140 Iranian students, researchers and diplomats. She introduced the stages of development of the bilateral ties from the time of their establishment until nowadays, as well as some common characteristics in traditions and cultures of the two countries.
