10th Annual Bulgarian Festival Organized by the Bulgarian Cultural Center for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware

On June 3, 2023, the traditional annual Bulgarian festival organized by the Bulgarian Cultural Center for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware was held in the Philadelphia area to celebrate the Day of the Bulgarian alphabet, education and culture. The festival is one of the largest events of the Bulgarian community from the region and contributes to the popularization of Bulgarian culture and traditions among the people living in these states.
This year's festival was realized with the financial support of the Program for the Support of Bulgarian Organizations and Media Abroad for 2022-2023.
The Consul General of Bulgaria in New York Mr. Angel Angelov welcomed the guests and thanked the Bulgarian business representatives for supporting the event.
This year again, the festival gathered hundreds of Bulgarians from Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Bulgarian schools, amateur dance ensembles and performers took part in it, which contributed to the good spirits of the guests. During the festival, many Bulgarian companies presented their products, incl. traditional Bulgarian food, drinks and souvenirs.
