The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Kazakhstan Boyan Hadjiev took part in the official ceremony of the opening of a branch of Technical University - Sofia at Alikhan Bokeikhan University in the city of Semey. The signing ceremony of the agreement between the universities took place in the framework of the celebration on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of ABU.
