On the occasion of the Unification Day the Directions exhibition will be presented in the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Prague
On September 8 the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Prague and the State Institute for Culture of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs present the exhibition "Directions". The representative photographic exhibition consists of selected photographs of the participants from the photographic competition "Directions": Ventsislav Petrov, Violeta Apostolova, Georgi Mitev, Elena Savova, Zlatko Latev, Ivan Nestorov, Izabela Manolova, Lilyana Karadjova, Minko Mikhailov, Nikolay Alexiev, Plamen Hristov, Rozalia Malcheva, Tanya Angelova and Hristo Kracholov.
The exhibition presents images taken by photography enthusiasts, without age or professional limitations, which directly or indirectly reflect the themes of globalization, identity, intercultural dialogue and tolerance between different nations. The exposition is the result of a successfully implemented competition on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the State Institute for Culture to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2020, jointly with the Fotofabrika Foundation. It was presented in Milan, Toronto, the Slovak Embassy in Sofia, "Master of Art" in Koprivshtitsa, at the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Rome and at the eleventh francophone festival "Soley" in Sozopol.
